No! We are very strict on this. While we offer monthly, quarterly and annual payment options, we do not believe you should be tricked in to a long contract that you may not be happy with. We also do not offer first year only pricing tricks! This is just another antic employed to race every competitor to $0 hosting.

We do not believe in overselling. It is a very common technique where companies will offer you 10's if not 100's of gigabytes of storage for next to nothing. Ultimately they over promise but when you look at the fine print, they only really offer a fraction of that due to some hidden rule. We try to keep the offerings as simple and as transparent as they should be.

Great question! There is a few big differences. Before we get in to the key reasons, we are a smaller hosting provider in the scheme of things and we do have our own infrastructure like the bigger companies. We also operate another side to the business that is a digital agency. This digital agency is called Suncoast Web Solutions and offers the full suite of website design, website development and internet marketing services. When we combine both businesses we essentially become a full service digital agency.

1. The first is the fact that we will not oversell. We hate this as it gives customers a false sense of security and value.
2. We have dedicated team members with specific skillsets. This means we have dedicated Drupal Developers, Designers and Server Support people working on each aspect of a clients service.
3. We have also been hosting websites since 1999, this is well before cloud servers and technology became available. There are very few organisations that can claim this today. Not even Google Cloud, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure can claim this.

A lot of hosting providers still use bare metal drives (older hard drive technology) in their servers or cloud platforms and a few are starting to offer this and are promoting this as a feature. We promote it as a feature but we have had this as a standard with SSD drives since 2012 and NVMe storage since 2021. Flash based storage does make a big difference in performance locally on each server. Without getting too technical, Bare Metal Drives will achieve data read/write speeds of 80-160MB/s. SSD Drives can achieve read/write speeds up to 600 MB/s. NVMe can reach a read/write speed of 7,000 MB/s / 5,100 MB/s.

We have the most available in the industry! We accept payment via Direct Debit, Credit Card, PayPal and Bitcoin. Most others will only offer 1 or 2 of the 4.
