When you park a domain, you're essentially directing a fresh domain name to the same directory as your main account.
Setting up a parked domain
Suppose you've registered your domain with a provider other than Suncoast Hosting. In that case, you need to ensure that the name servers are directed towards the nameservers provided in the welcome email from Suncoast Hosting. If you're uncertain about the specifics, feel free to reach out to us via our live chat or submit a ticket in the My Account section to retrieve your nameservers details. In cPanel, choose 'Parked Domains' from the 'Domain' menu and input the domain name you want to park in the 'Create a New Parked Domain' form.
For those with a shared windows hosting account, you won't have cPanel access. Instead, you'll use Plesk, an alternate control panel. In Plesk, "Parked Domains" are known as a "Domain Alias".
