iPhone 14
- Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, password and a description for your account.
- Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup. If Mail finds your email settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.
- If Mail cannot find the settings (which does happen) complete the extra steps below:
- Choose IMAP for your new account.
- Enter yourdomain.com.au for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next.
- If your email settings are correct, tap Save to finish. If the email settings are incorrect, you€™ll be asked to edit them.
For iPhone 7 - 13
Follow these steps to add an email account on your iOS device.
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendar
- Tap Add Account
- Select the email provider "Other"
- Complete the following fields
My Email settings My email address: yourname@yourdomain.com.au My email provider: Suncoast Hosting Incoming Mail Server Settings Account type (POP or IMAP): IMAP Incoming Mail Server: yourdomainname.com.au User Name: your email address Password: your password Incoming server port number: 993 Incoming server supports SSL? (yes or no): YES Outgoing Mail Server Settings (We do not offer technical support for sending mail but you can use our servers still) Outgoing mail server: yourdomainname.com.au User name: your email address Password: your password Outgoing server port: 465 Outgoing server supports SSL? (yes or no): YES
Older iPhone Steps
Please follow the steps below for Older iPhone
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tapp Add Account
- Tap Other
- Tap Add Mail Account
- Complete the fields that show up.
- Tap IMAP
- Complete the fields that show up on this screen using the information above.
- Tap Save
