Connect to MS SQL via PHP Plesk Windows

If you are running Plesk on Windows and would like to connect to a MS SQL Database via PHP you will have to connect using the sqlsrv extension from PHP 5.4 onwards. You can find out more about the sqlsrv extension by visiting http://php.net/manual/en/book.sqlsrv.php
